Essential NOCs for Thermal Power Projects

 

 NOCs are typically obtained during the pre-establishment and pre-operation phases of the project. Missing any of these can delay commissioning or lead to legal complications.

·        Land Use Clearance from local authorities

·        Fire Safety NOC from the Fire Department

·        Building Plan Approval from Urban Development Authority

·        Factory License under the Factories Act, 1948
